Brightwater School is an Elementary School on Capitol Hill in Seattle next door to the Anglican Cathedral.

The job was to rebuild the seismic bracing for the chimney, originally done badly in the mid 1980's.

The unfortunate part about this job was that it had to be done before the end of December so we spent a week on a 75 foot boom lift in the freezing rain and wind of a Seattle winter.
